Rescheduling your Studio Day requires minimum 7 days notice. Requests with less notice result in deposit forfeiture to protect scheduling capacity.

Complete All Material Submission
• All content, assets, and access credentials must be submitted. Materials submitted last-minute impact session results as review time is essential for preparation.
Final Preparation Review
• Ensure all shared materials are organised and accessible

• Submit any final questions via email
TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS
Essential: Materials should be completed and submitted at least several business days before your session. Last-minute submissions (24-48 hours prior) cannot be properly reviewed and may impact session outcomes and results quality.
