Begin with a comprehensive questionnaire followed by a 60-minute strategy session where we establish your current landscape, identify immediate opportunities, and map the strategic territory we'll navigate together.

Two 45-minute strategy calls spaced across the engagement for deeper strategic work. Shared workspace maintained throughout our partnership, capturing key insights, strategic decisions, resource links, and next-step frameworks. This becomes your living strategy reference, ensuring nothing gets lost in conversation.

Submit up to 4 business assets within the container period, used for strategic feedback—sales pages, positioning documents, marketing concepts, or other single-page scope materials. Receive analysis via written feedback, video walkthrough, or both, depending on what serves the work best.
(07) CLOSING SYNTHESIS
At the conclusion of your six-week partnership, receive a written summary documenting the strategic territory covered, decisions made, and recommended next steps based on your current position.

$3000 USD (payment in full) or two payments of $1650 USD
The Advisory operates on a six-week commitment, creating sufficient time to navigate strategic territory meaningfully and see tangible progress. At the conclusion, you may extend your partnership month-to-month if capacity allows, or transition to alumni status with optional library access.
