To make sure that we can make the most out of our day together all strategy, content (website copy, images, fonts, graphics) must be supplied prior to the design day. We will be able to dive into the strategy and priorities of the actual design day on our consultation call.

You need to be virtually available throughout the day. Providing quick feedback will be the key to making the day a success. Our quick communication will prevent any unnecessary delays or wasted time.

Yes for the full day. You can pay ½ of the payment when booking and then other ½ the day after the Design Day. Half design days require payment in full.

While this happens rarely, if I am unable to complete all tasks outlined, you can purchase an additional half day here. If you have queries about what can be accomplished in a day, please book a free consultation call so we can discuss your needs and I can provide an accurate estimate on time.

As design days are offered with limited availability, I recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you are reserved in my calendar. Your day/s can always be moved (with a minimum 7 days notice) this ensures there are no project delays due to waiting to schedule last minute.

As is with running any website there are standard maintenance and functioning costs associated with hosting, backups, etc. Costs such as the Squarespace monthly subscription, domain name registrations and monthly email subscriptions (custom email address) are at the cost of the client. As a Squarespace Circle member I do pass on a 20% discount to new website builds when registering.

The Squarespace platform paired with an expert designer (like us, wink wink) means you get custom beautifully built sites without attracting the 5k plus fees other that other platforms do. Squarespace is an extremely user-friendly platform and allows small business owners the ability to easily self manage and update their website themselves without ongoing website developer fees. Additionally, standard website maintenance (which all websites require, regardless of platform) are all managed by Squarespace and included in their monthly fee, so need to manage techy stuff like storage limits, plugin or theme updates, hosting or website back ups as it’s all done for you.
